Chapter receive, review and approval

Chapter III changes, re-apply and extend

Chapter IV Supervision and Administration

Twenty-six foreign suppliers to conceal relevant information or provides false materials in applying for registration, the State Administration of Quality Supervision will not be accepted or not registered. The foreign suppliers may not apply again within one year of the registration.
Foreign suppliers to fraud, bribery or other improper means to obtain registration, the State Administration of Quality Supervision shall be punished. The foreign supplier within three years may not re-apply for registration.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
