Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin No. 1126 No. (published "feed additives that catalog (2008)")
Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin No. 1126, No.
Feed additives to enhance the management to ensure quality and safety of aquaculture products and promote the sustained and healthy development of feed industry, according to "feed and feed additives regulations" the relevant provisions, is hereby "feed additives that catalog (2008)" (hereinafter referred to as "directory ( 2008) "), and related matters are announced as follows:
First, the "catalog (2008)" by "Appendix I" and "Appendix II" of two parts. Where the production, management and use of feed additives and nutritional feed additives should be part of the general "catalog (2008)" provides variety, feed additives producers should apply for production licenses and product approval. "Appendix II" is the protection period of the new feed and feed additives, new varieties, to allow only listed in the applicant or his authorized unit production. Prohibits "catalog (2008)," outside of the material as a feed additive. Where the production of "catalog (2008)," outside the feed additive shall be in accordance with the "new new feed additives, feed and management practices," the relevant provisions apply for and obtain a new certificate before the product production and use.
Second, the production comes from genetically modified plants and animals, microbial feed additives, and feed additives containing genetically modified ingredients should be in accordance with "genetically modified organisms safety regulations," the relevant provisions of the safety evaluation, access to genetically modified organisms safety certificates, then in accordance with "The new feed and feed additives, new management practices," the relevant provisions of the assessment.
Third, the 'Directory (2008) "in the" feed additives that directory (2006) "on the basis of amendments to increase the actual production needs, and some feed additives generally recognized as safe species, and microbial enzymes clear the scope of .
Fourth, to protect the expiration of nine new products formally included in "Appendix I", including niacin chromium, cysteamine hydrochloride, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, chromium picolinate, galacto-oligosaccharides, xylo-oligosaccharides, low polymer chitosan, α-ring alanine, rare earth (cerium and lanthanum) shell glucosamine chelates.
V. May 31, 2006 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, "feed additives that directory (2006)" (Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin No. 658) abolished with immediate effect.
