Cosmetic product technical requirements specification

First, according to "cosmetics Health Supervision", in order to further standardize the administrative licensing work cosmetic, cosmetics, raise the level of health quality and safety control, to strengthen supervision of cosmetic production and operation of health, consumer safety protection, development of this specification.

Second, the State Food and Drug Administration approved the cosmetic product is responsible for technical requirements, and monitor its implementation.

Third, the technical requirements for cosmetic products should conform to relevant laws and regulations, standards and norms.

Fourth, the technical requirements for cosmetic products should be consistent with the format of the text. Text should include the product name, recipe ingredients, production processes, sensory indicators, chemical indicators of health, microbial indicators, test methods, instructions for use, storage conditions, shelf life and other sequence (see Annex 1), and follow the "technical requirements for cosmetic products preparation "(see Annex 2) prepared.

Fifth, technical requirements for cosmetic products is the quality and safety of health products and technical support. Technical requirements for the preparation of cosmetic products guide

First, the main content
Technical requirements for cosmetic products should be able to accurately reflect the health and control of product quality and safety. Technical requirements for cosmetic products of each of the elements should meet the following requirements and cosmetic products in accordance with the specific requirements for disclosure of information compiled.
(A) Name
Chinese Pinyin names, including name and. Product name should be accurate, clear, to show the true nature of the product, in line with "cosmetic naming conventions."
(B) the recipe ingredients
