First, since July 1, 2007, the State Administration of Quality Supervision start accepting overseas supplier enterprises of imported waste materials renewal application for registration qualifications.
Registered overseas supplier enterprises should be in the "registration certificate" before the expiration 3-6 months' AQSIQ renewal application, renewal application not submitted in the "registration certificate" is valid after the expiration of its registration status automatically lose.
Second, the application for renewal of registration qualifications overseas supplier enterprises shall submit the following written materials:
(A) by AQSIQ Announcement No. 103 of 2005 requires complete print of the "overseas supplier enterprises of imported waste materials Application for Registration";
(Two) business registration document and / or tax registration documents (photocopy);
(Three) fixed office and processing establishments plan and can fully show the real site photo (8 or more) and / or related video files and other information;
(Four) original "certificate of registration" a copy;
(Five) nearly three years (including application for renewal of registration eligibility year) export of waste materials to the Chinese mainland's basic situation described.
Third, the application for renewal of registration of overseas supplier enterprises eligible to apply for business registration address change should be in the "overseas supplier enterprises of imported waste materials Application for Registration" and "application form" column and select "renewal Review" and "registered changed.
